Standard UK Mainland Services only, at present, we are unable to send abroad.


Please note that all Collars and Leads are handmade and at busy times can take 14 to 21 days to make.

​Returns and Refund Policy

To reduce disappointment, if you have any doubts over what will be the perfect size of any product, we recommend contacting us. Please use the contact form.

 

At Collar & Fleece, each piece is handmade to order with care. I now accept returns under the following conditions:

​

Standard Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

  • Returns are at the customer's expense and must be in an unused, new condition.

 

Faulty or Nonfunctional Items

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please contact me within 14 days.

  • I will offer a replacement or refund once the fault is confirmed.

 

Materials & Wear

  • I use premium quality materials that are durable but not indestructible.

  • Normal wear and tear, especially from enthusiastic pets, is not considered a fault.

  • Each case will be assessed individually, but I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by everyday use.

 

Exchanges & Postage

  • Return postage for size exchanges must be covered by the customer.

  • I recommend using a recorded delivery service for peace of mind and proof of return.

  • Collar & Fleece cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Return carriage costs are not reimbursable for exchanges.

 

When returning an item, the following information must be clearly detailed.

  • 1. Customer name

  • 2. Order number or reference

  • 3. Date of your order​

 

Any items returned must not have been used or worn as this will result in a refusal to refund. Sale Items are also non-refundable.

​

Once we have received your returned goods they will be subject to inspection, pending a full refund or exchange.

 

Items returned for refunds, that are received after 14 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Collar & Fleece.

​

Your statutory rights are not affected.
