At Collar & Fleece, I believe dog accessories should be more than functional - they should tell a story. Mine began with a Cockapoo named Ava, and a roll of Harris Tweed.
I created my first collar as a thoughtful way to blend style, comfort and craftsmanship for my beloved dog.
Four years later, that simple act of love has grown into a passionate business with purpose: to design collars and leads that celebrate dogs’ individuality while embracing sustainable and ethical fashion values.
Working from my conservatory-turned-studio with garden views and a Cockapoo supervisor always close by, I handmake each piece to order.
With my signature eye for elegant detail and premium fabric choices such as Scottish Harris Tweed sourced from the Isle of Harris and lush velvets, I ensure every collar is as unique as the dog who wears it.
Collar & Fleece designs are more than accessories. They are heirloom-quality pieces made to last.
My products are road-tested by Ava herself - plus her pals Meg and Inca (both Cocker Spaniels). Product testing includes robost during park walks and squirrel chases.

Everything starts with Ava — product tester, adventure partner, and the heart behind my brand. From the very first design idea to the final tail wag of approval, Ava plays a paws-on role in every part of what I do.
Ava isn’t just the love of my life — she’s my reason for creating something better. Her natural charm, playful spirit, and impeccable taste inspired us to design accessories that are as joyful, stylish and unique as the dogs who wear them.
Ava doesn’t just nap in meetings - she road-tests every collar and lead for quality control - from mud endurance, play-fight durability to overall style ratings.
She loves modelling the latest collections and offering her unfiltered feedback (usually in the form of happy tail wags or stubborn sniffs).
