Please note that all Collars and Leads are handmade and at busy times can take 14 to 21 days to make.
Returns are at the customer's expense and must be in an unused, new condition.

To reduce disappointment, if you have any doubts over what will be the perfect size of any product, we recommend contacting us. Please use the contact form.
My pieces are handmade to order, which means returns are only available for faulty or nonfunctional items. That said, I'm always happy to help troubleshoot fit issues or other concerns—just reach out. I'm a dog person too and know things don’t always go to plan.
I use premium quality materials, which are durable but not impervious to damage. While I’ll assess each case individually, I can’t be held responsible for wear caused by enthusiastic pets. Return postage for exchanges will need to be covered by the customer.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
I suggest sending items back to me using a recorded delivery service for your own peace of mind and proof of delivery. Collar & Fleece cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in return transit. Return carriage postage costs are not reimbursable for return postage for size exchanges; it is at the cost of the customer.
When returning an item, the following information must be clearly detailed.

1. Customer name
2. Order number or reference
3. Date of your order

Any items returned must not have been used or worn as this will result in a refusal to refund. Sale Items are also non-refundable.

Once we have received your returned goods they will be subject to inspection, pending a full refund or exchange.
Items returned for refunds, that are received after 14 days from the date of dispatch are at the discretion of Collar & Fleece.
